Los Gatos, a cute fancy town

Hello everyone! Bonjour à tous, j’espère que vous allez bien.

I wanted to talk to you today about Los Gatos, one of my latest discovery while visiting the Bay Area. Los Gatos is a pretty, cute, and fancy town in the middle of Santa Clara County. I originally discovered this place totally randomly! I was on my way to Santa Cruz to enjoy the beach, when I decided to do a little detour! How didn’t I know about this place? Los Gatos is full of great restaurants, bars, and fancy, cute little shops!! So I decided to go back there to discover this little town more in-depth.P7CGZJqQQoSOgrpa0nJtBA_thumb_4bf7

I started my day with a brunch from Palacio. They have this great patio, and a cute little outdoor area that makes this restaurant even more enjoyable. The brunch was really good, and the atmosphere was warm and classy!

We enjoyed walking on North Santa Cruz Avenue, where most of the restaurants and shops are! We stopped in this cute little candy store, Lolli & Pops, where I got crazy because they pretty much have everything! They actually even have Harry Potter’s chocolate bars!! Yes yes, the chocolate Frog that Harry Potter and his friend Ron Weasley were eating in the Poudlard Express!!

My husband is more of a sweet tooth than I am, so he got excited when he saw this great Italian place, that offered gelato ice creams and other delicious baked homegoods. Dolce Spazio had a long line outside full of people waiting to be served. I have to say, the gelato that I tried was pretty amazing!

If you want to have lunch or diner somewhere in this cute little town but you don’t want to spend too much money, I would recommend going to oak & Rye. They have great salads, and excellent pizzas!
