Hello guys, I hope that your week is going well so far. Today I would like to share with you one of my latest favorite address in San Francisco for delicious craft cocktails, as well as for a unique and delicate culinary journey for dinner, but also for brunch.
As you already know, during the Restaurant Week event in San Francisco, I got the opportunity to try The Alembic, a restaurant located in the heart of Haight-Ashbury, a neighborhood well known for its rich and unique culture. I told you about their dishes in a different post, where I described my delightful dining experience. During that dinner, I also got the privilege to meet their Executive Chef, Rachel Aronow, who, by the way, got recently elected by the Beard Foundation Award as a Rising Star semifinalist!! I was so amazed by her talent, and by the creativity of her dishes that I offered to organize a Media Food Tasting Event together in order to share her passion and her art with the community. A few weeks later, accompanied by other foodies of the Bay Area, I was invited to try in exclusivity the restaurant’s future Spring menu, as well as their brand new Brunch menu. I felt so honored to be part of this tasting event. Chef Aronow displayed an array of creative, sophisticated, and beautiful dishes that were all a delight to try.
I would like to share some of the pictures I captured that day, hoping to share with you this incredible experience.
Their Spring Menu will be available soon, but you can already try their Brunch menu, and I would suggest to go fast before it becomes one of these spot in SF where you might need to wait for a few hours to be seated. I loved everything their offered for Brunch, but my absolute favorite was their Jerusalem bagel with Salmon pastrami!
