Hello everyone! Happy Monday, and I wish you all a wonderful week. I wanted to write an article today in order to share with you my latest Food Media experience. I got the privilege to attend an event in San Francisco that was held last week in Embarcadero. The event, called San Francisco’s Taste of the Nation, was organized in support to No Kid Hungry, a national campaign run by Share Our Strength, a nonprofit working to solve problems of hunger around the world. For this great cause, some of the best chefs and mixologists in the SF, Bay Area came together and shared some of their best dishes! This event was a great success, with a wonderful atmosphere, and the food samples were just amazing! Some of the best restaurant in San Francisco were present, and I finally got to try out samples from Rich Table, Jardiniere, Barcino, Nomica, and much more. Here are some photos from the food I tried, even if these shots don’t give credit to the sophistication of each dish I had the pleasure to experiment.
